Free Shipping Promotion: Orders of $100 or more (before tax) qualify for free ground shipping to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territory, or international shipments are subject to additional shipping and handling fees. LEDwholesalers will select the best carrier (USPS or FedEx) based on shipping location, weight, and size of item(s).

Please be aware that as a buyer you are responsible for any other fees that maybe associated with your order. Customs/brokerage/duty fees are not issued or collected by LEDwholesalers.

Refunds are issued only if the original item is returned in brand new condition with all parts, documents, and packaging within the first 30 days of the original purchase. Please note that the original shipping fee incurred and return shipping fees are non-refundable or negotiable. Refused or abandon items that shipping companies return to us will be refunded minus shipping costs incurred.

Undeliverable packages are subject to re-shipping fees, or refund (less shipping costs incurred).

Replacement or damaged or defective items will be replaced or may be returned for full refund. Exchanges are subject to re-shipping or restocking fees.
