Since metal is the best heat sink, this aluminum headed headlight dissipates heat very well keeping the LED cooler. This lengthens the full brightness life of the LED. The Cree LED and high mirror finish reflector generates a nice tight center spot for long distance and a nice bright wide outer beam for great peripheral illumination. The gold battery connections insure high efficiency conductivity for better battery life and brighter performance. 3 Modes Low, High and Emergency Strobe. The battery case is conveniently located in a separate case located on the back of the head. This balances the weight evenly allowing many hours of maximum comfort. The 3 piece fully adjustable strap system also allows custom fit for comfort. The aluminum head is anodized for added scratch resistance and durability.
